Day 1 – Arrive Saigon
Meet your guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel for a four night stay.
Day 2 – Saigon and Grain by Luke
On a city tour see such landmarks as the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, the former Presidential Palace and visit Ben Thanh Market. This afternoon create your own dinner at the Grain Cooking Studio, founded by celebrity chef, Luke Nguyen. (B,D)
Day 3 – Mekong Delta excursion
Visit the watery world of Ben Tre Province in the Mekong Delta. Visit a handmade brick factory before boarding a boat to cruise the waterways. Shore excursions include coconut candy, chopstick and mat weaving workshops. A tuk tuk takes you to an orchard to taste tropical fruits, followed by lunch and a sampan ride along the palm fringed waterways. (B,L)
Day 4 – Cu Chi tunnels
Morning visit to Cu Chi to visit the underground tunnels, then a stop at a farm where crickets are bred for food. Afternoon at leisure. (B)
Day 5 – Depart Saigon
Transfer to airport for exit flight. (B)
