Pandaw Cruises through Asia

A river cruise on a Pandaw boat offers a practical and comfortable way of exploring the heart of South East Asia, visiting the principal sites and exploring well off the beaten track.

On the Mekong Delta make side trips by country boat through the back waters overhung with palms. In Myanmar, cruise the Irrawaddy River to the breathtaking Bagan Plain dotted with thousands of temples built in a period of great religious fervour. In Borneo journey into the lush jungles to see what the locals are up to in their remote villages.

Pandaw river cruises are essentially an outdoor experience.  Whilst the staterooms are very comfortable and roomy, passengers prefer to spend their time sitting outside, on the promenade decks or on the large observation deck above.  The atmosphere on board is informal and relaxed. The dining room serves buffet breakfast and lunch with the sides of the boat open to the air.  Dinner of local cuisine is served at table in air conditioned comfort.

Exploratory shore excursions are led by expert local guides.
Staterooms are teak paneled with brass marine fittings.  All are air conditioned, and include safe, writing desk and hair dryer. The upper and main deck cabins have deck space with chairs and table outside the cabin. Pandaw Spa – Each Pandaw now has a spa area where expert therapists offer a variety of treatments.
